For Diploma

Academic: +2 or equivalent with 60%

IELTS: Overall 5.5 with no band less than 5.0

For Bachelor Degree:

Academic: +2 or equivalent with 60%

IELTS: Overall 6 with no band less than 5.5

For Master Degree:

Academic: Bachelor Degree with 55% above

IELTS: Overall 6.5 with no band less than 5.5

For the Graduate Diploma:

IELTS: Overall 6 with no band less than 5.5

COE & VISA APPLICATION:

  1. Relationship Certificate should be verified from Municipality/VDC.
  2. Birth Certificate of the applicant, Citizenship of the applicant, and Citizenships of the applicant whom she/he has shown in the relation.
  3. Address Verification Certificate
  4. Tax clearance of the sponsors should also be Verified from VDC or municipality mentioning the till date tax clearance.
  5. Property Valuation (Land & Building – one core plus should be shown and should be verified from VDC or municipality. Or If not It should be verified from the panel Civil Engineers valuation.
  6. Income Sources: Annual incomes should be above 20 lakhs.

The income sheets include:

  • For salary: Job letter and salary sheet must be provided with an attestation. If not Pay slips from the accounting department should be furnished.
  • Land lease & House rent: Agreement for land lease & House rent should be signed from 7 months earlier to the next 6-10 years. This is written by Lawyer or anybody who can write.
  • Business: Audit of the fiscal year and PAN/VAT card translation and company translation is required.
  1. Translation of business card/Pan/Lalpurga/ Rental agreement or whatever if in Nepali Citizenships of all as indicated in the relationship must be translated into English from Notary Public (Lawyer).
  2. Passport full copy +academic (TR+PR+CH (from SLC to till date education) +IELTS –attested from Notary Public.
  3. Bank balance: NPR 35 lakhs above
